    Where to sell Brazilian push subscribers?

    How to profitably sell push subscribers from Brazilian traffic? I have tested monetization through push notifications in several advertising networks on Brazilian traffic, but the results are not impressive - low CPM, high level of unsubscribes. I want to immediately sell my subscriber base while it is still active. Who has already sold push databases? Where can I find buyers and how much can I really get for it?
