Both possible. By default with DA. cPanel is on request. Since cPanel changed their policies and increased pricing, primary is DirectAdmin.

I checked your VPS plans, and I see that those have quite old OSes. For instance, Ubuntu is at version 14, while the latest one as far as I know is at version 22. Is it possible to get the latest one?
