I usually include 2-3 internal links to other relevant posts on the target blog, and that’s helped my pitches stand out. Also, making sure the tone matches their usual content really matters. If you're working with a guest post service provider, just double-check they’re customizing pitches and content that way too. Editors can tell the difference right away.
