I've never been much of a sleeper. I consider myself lucky if I'm able to get a 5 hours sleep. Although it does not really affect me during the day, I am still able to concentrate on my activities. But I am worried that I don't get enough sleep.ย

Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices such as TVs, computers, and phones from the bedroom. Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime. Don't use tobacco.

Fortunately, I do not have sleep issues but these are some really good pieces of advice. Especially no caffeine or electronic devices before sleep!
